New Creamy Tomato Soup
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups milk
4 cups SACRAMENTO® TOMATO JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, heated
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, combine flour, sugar and ¼ cup milk; stir until smooth. Add remaining milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir mixture until thick, about 2 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper to milk mixture; stir to blend. Slowly stir in heated SACRAMENTO® TOMATO JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE until blended. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
