Dirty Tomato
2 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. SACRAMENTO® Tomato Juice
1 oz. olive juice
1/2 oz. vermouth
Hot sauce to taste

Pour all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a couple of skewered olives.
Optional: Moisten rim of glass with lemon or lime juice and dip in sea salt.
