Bloody Chipotle
5 oz. Sacramento Tomato Juice
2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1/4 oz. Orange juice
2 Ginger root slivers
6 Cilantro leaves
1 Pineapple wheel (cut from center); use ½ for garnish
2 Tbsp. Crushed chipotle pepper (canned)
1 Cucumber (small)
1 Jicama for garnish
1 Stuffed olive for garnish
1 Tbsp. Kosher salt and black pepper (rim)

Muddle lime juice, orange juice, ginger, cilantro and ½ of the pineapple wheel (you will use the other half for garnish); strain the liquid into an ice-filled glass rimmed with a mix of kosher salt and ground pepper. Add vodka, Sacramento Tomato Juice and crushed chipotle pepper to the mix and stir with a spoon. Garnish with sliced cucumber, pineapple, jicama and olive.
