Bloody Brunch (8 skewers)
1/4 lemon, cut into two wedges
4 oz. Sacramento® Tomato Juice
1 Tbsp. celery salt (or plain kosher salt)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (or less to taste)
Dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. freshly grated horseradish (or 1 tsp. prepared horseradish)
2 oz. vodka
Mini chicken and waffle stack (sandwich mini-waffles with breaded chicken chunks)
French toast strips
Fill a pint glass with ice and set aside.
Squeeze lemon wedges into shaker and drop in wedges. Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass.
