Magnificent Mary! Sacramento Tomato Juice Contest Winner!

When Executive Chef Robert Aikens of the Rainbow Room
in Rockefeller Center, NYC entered his recipe, our judges knew
this cocktail was going to be delicious and truly exceptional.

6 cups Sacramento Tomato Juice
2 cups Vodka
½ Cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. + ½ tsp. Tabasco® Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp. Redpack® Tomato Paste
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes Angostura bitters
½ cup + 6 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. Celery salt
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Old Bay® Seasoning
¼ cup Creamed horseradish
1½ Tbsp. Fresh grated horseradish

Place cucumber and tomato paste in a blender and puree with 1/3 of Sacramento Tomato Juice until smooth. Pour into a bowl and whisk in the rest of the ingredients. Garnish option: celery stick, ¼ pickle wedge on a pick, spike with olives, cherry tomato and lemon slice.
